How I normalized my blood sugar without dieting — sharing my experience

Hey everyone! Lately I've been noticing energy crashes after meals — especially after carbs, I just "hit a wall" about an hour later. Adjusted my diet, which helped a bit. Recently tried a supplement called Insulevel More info...— apparently it helps maintain normal blood sugar levels. So far my impressions are pretty good, but I haven't finished the course yet. Has anyone dealt with something similar? What helped you stabilize how you feel after eating?
